For some people, the idea of working with a Life or Transformational Coach makes no sense. Why be coached on something we should know about? Think about anything you learned to do and became good at. You learned it and practiced it over and over again. If you learned bad habits, hold negative beliefs and exhibit poor behaviors…and practiced them over and over again…a coach might be for you. In a perfect world, we grew up in a perfect environment and developed strong, powerful and secure life skills. For most of us…eh…not so much. Lol! For some of us…we got really good at the bad stuff. To master the good stuff, we need to replace the bad with the good and practice that positive mindset. But first…we need the skills!
