Description
One hour session teaching you the skills you need to get beyond yourself, break bad habits and transform your life. You will learn to create a new mindset to discover your unlimited potential. You will learn to create heart/brain coherence to increase your personal resilience. You will be taught mindfulness techniques to allow you to become more focused, reduce feelings of stress, to be happy every day and to create abundance in your life. Sessions can be done in person or remotely (via Skype or Zoom). Couple and Group sessions available.
