Fun and easy to do, Laughter Yoga increases the oxygen supply to the brain and body, potentially resulting in a reduction of stress and physical pain, a strengthened immune system, and improvements in blood pressure and overall well being. Each class consists of a warm-up, stretching, movement with laughter, laughter meditation, and ends with a calming guided meditation. This is a 2-session class.
